Brian Hurst Web Design

What’s the best possible information for a given website? How should information be presented so that it is easily accessible to various marketing personas? Who are the target audiences, and how are the website provider’s goals best accomplished?

Answering these questions is not an easy or simple process. Goals are examined, content is carefully developed and evaluated, and plans are made to communicate directly with principles of effective user interaction in mind. Visual design is key for leading the viewer’s eye in a logical way and actual site development provides desired functionality for the user. Information architecture is the planning and building of something that is in some ways like a house (not to imply something static or unchanging) that can be lived in comfortably and that accomplishes intended goals.

The websites below represent work I have done relating to both information access design and functionality. Please contact me if I can assist in any web design projects you may have.
